I believe AP Calculus aligns with nearly every future field of study. I learned from Professor Leonard's lessons on YouTube, which I found highly effective. For nonprofit work, my friends and I, with support from our school, organized a teaching project in mountainous regions. I think discussing plans clearly with school counselors makes such initiatives much more manageable.

I recommend aiming to score above 100 on the TOEFL before the start of 10th grade. Start preparing for the SAT as soon as 10th grade begins. For AP courses, it's a good idea to take two economics courses in the first year, as they are relatively easy and often result in a score of 5. For competitions, consider participating in the DLC Debate Tournament, AMC, or NEC.

This is a really big school, and provide a lot of classes for students to choose from. Also, this school has lots of festivals, students can show their talents and try some new skills they like. The environment there is nice, teachers and students are all very friendly.

Lanxi No.1 High School, located on the west bank of the Hulan River, was established on April 10, 1949. It was originally named "Heilongjiang Provincial No. 10 Junior Middle School" and later "Heilongjiang Provincial No. 25 Middle School." In 1958, the school began admitting first-year high school students. In 1978, it was recognized as one of the first batch of key county-level schools. In 1995, it was confirmed as a "dual excellence" school at the prefecture level. In 2005, it was promoted to a "Municipal Demonstration High School" and recognized as a "Category One High School" in Heilongjiang Province. The school covers an area of 34,850 square meters, with a building area of 24,500 square meters. It currently has 63 teaching classes, 4,150 students, and 247 staff members.

The difficulty of GPA varies from class to class, depending on the teacher—good teachers tend to grade more leniently, while not-so-great teachers make it really hard to get a good GPA. The school isn’t too strict overall, and the cafeteria food is pretty decent. All in all, it’s fairly average.
学校GPA每个老师班的难度不一样，好老师给的松，不太好的老师的GPA会非常难拿。学校管的不算太严，食堂饭菜也还不错。总而言之，中规中矩。
